- make you laugh
- pick you up when you need it most
Hopefully they feel the same when you do some (or hopefully all) of those things for them too!

Is it time to…
- develop more quality relationships online?
- “go deep” with people and find out how you can help them?
- focus on a “serve first” mentality and stop thinking about “what’s in it for me”?

Hi Tim, although you are one of my favorite online buddies, a few years ago I met Greg Blencoe the author of The Super Manager through another blog. I read Greg’s book and developed a managers workshop from it that I have done at several conferences. It has been wonderful to help him promote his book and also help others with it. I am truly amazed at the people that I have met through blogging and am very blessed by the relationships that I have made.
