Who Is Tim?

From the day Tim entered the sales profession in 1999, he fell in love with it. He has sold credit reports, mattresses, electrical products, photocopiers and corporate parking programs. Tim continues to use his tried and tested territory management and selling systems as his career progresses. The systems have evolved over time, but new products and services have always been “inserted here” without Tim missing a beat. Building rock solid relationships and seizing every opportunity to grow the business has always been Tim’s motto. It is premature to say that he has seen it all in his 13+ years in the sales profession, but Tim has seen a lot, and looks forward to seeing much more.

Managing a rental car office at the age of 24 was Tim’s introduction to leading a team. His natural ability to lead and mentor others came to the forefront during that time, and he has relished many opportunities to do so ever since.

As Tim continues to build relationships online, he fell in love with social networking and meeting fantastic like-minded people. Personal branding and helping others grow their online presence has become Tim’s passion, and he looks forward to many years of helping people promote themselves, their products and services.

Tim’s passion for family, music and sports (like hockey and golf) will resonate as his content develops, and products and services are launched in the future.  If you are not a music and/or sports fan, don’t worry. The messages are much more important than knowing who these athletes, teams and musicians are!

Tim is professional to the core, realizes life is short, and loves to share a laugh and have fun with everyone he crosses paths with. The stories and lessons will have a serious tone on occasion. But more often than not, Tim’s message will be light, impactful, and memorable.

  7. I was a generation removed from the eighties music but kool choice on the loverboy song. I personally remember and am fond of guns n roses and running through the house in plastic fake leather and air guitaring to them. Great post, thanks for taking time to read mine

    • Hey you are welcome! Glad you liked my post as well. Loverboy was quite the band, and the lead singer usually wore a classic head band!

Speaking of Guns N’ Roses, I am a huge fan. If you like Slash, his new album with Myles Kennedy from Alter Bridge is excellent. Hope for a full on GNR reunion dwindles much to my dismay! Thanks again for stopping by..

  8. Good sales points Tim. I understand the give and take that is necessary in all relationships, both professional and personal. Over the years I too have had to separate from customers who are not a good fit.

Hi Tim – glad we share an interest in life being a little easier! My focus is leadership – and I would love people just to relax and enjoy the challenges they face – rather than get stressed around it. I look forward to reading your future blogs. best wishes, Helen

    • Hi Helen! Isn’t that the truth! I think stress is a huge issue why we are forgetting to have fun with our professional and personal lives. I think we should all strive to make our lives a little easier and enjoy the journey. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read my blog!

  22. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% certain. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it
